3/1/04

The meeting was concluded with the understanding that Mr. Trudgeon would
infm*n the City Council concerning this meeting, and that a work session with the
City Council would be scheduled around the 3~d week in March..

CONVERSATION WITH PAT' TRUDGEON
I called Mr. Trudgeon and stated that he must have had a conversation with Mr.
Bauer. He stated that he did. I asked him what he had told Mr. Bauer. Mr.
Trudgeon said that he told Mr. Bauer that the possibility of gaining access from
160th was very remote, at best. I relayed to Mr. Trudgeon that Mr. Bauer has
already flag out a driveway to access his desired building site from 161 st. Mr.
Trugeon was not aware of this. I also asked Mr. Trugeon if it is not in the best
interest to have Mr. Bauer's development plans re-evaluated by the City Council,
given the change in circumstances since the 10/2/03 approval? I asked this in
reference to his (Mr. Tmdgeons) statement at that meeting, "He noted that the lot
Mr. Bauer would like to place the new residence is a current lot of record and its
only access is from 160th "Lane NW right - of- way". (Pg. #6 Pgh. 3)
Mr. Trudgeon offered me minutes from the City Council work sessions pertaining
to 'this matter and that they may offer more information. I had Mr. Trudgeon E-
Mail them to my office.
I asked Mr. Trudgeon if a date had been set yet to meet with the City Council in a
'work session format. He stated that as of yet it hadn't, but would inform me as
soon as it was scheduled.
