Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-04- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CHRIS AND ANN LAMPRECHT AT 17060 BISON STREET N-W (PERMITTEES) TO CONSTRUCT AN ADDITION ONTO AN EXISTING PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE THAT WILL ENCROACH INTO THE FRONT YARD SETBACK AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Chris and Ann Lamprecht (Permittees) have properly applied for a variance from Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code to the front yard setback in order to construct an addition onto their existing homestead on the property generally known as 17060 Bison Street NW and legally described as follows: That part of ire west 60 acres of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 32 North, Range 25 West, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of the east 165 feet of said west 60 acres of the Northwest Quarter 631 feet north of the south line of said west 60 acres of the Northwest Quarter, thence west, parallel with said south line of said west 60 acres of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 300 feet, thence north, parallel with said west line of said east 165 feet of said west 60 acres of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 200 feet, thence east, parallel with south line of west 60 acres of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 300 feet, and to the west line of the said east 165 feet of the said west 60 acres of the Northwest Quarter, thence south, along said west line of said east 165 feet of said west 60 acres of the Northwest Quarter, 200 feet to the point of beginning and there terminating. (Subject Property). AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment cond~tcted a public hearing on April 1, 2004, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That based on Findings of Fact #~ a variance to the front yard setback is hereby Ranted in order to allow for the construction of an addition onto the existing prLncipal structure on the Subject Property. 2. That after the construction of the addition the principal structure on the Subject Property shall maintain a minimum setback of 34 feet from the front property line. 3. That any additional structure or additions shall be constructed in accordance with City Code.
