4. That the Permit-tees shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />That the Permit-tees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the said addition. <br /> <br />6. That the Permittees agree that the terms of this Variance shall be binding upon its successors <br /> and assigns. <br /> <br />That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by April 1, 2005, and <br />issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. The Permittees may petition tbr an <br />extension of time in which to complete the variance. Such extension shall be requested in <br />writing and filed with the City at least 30 days before the expiration of the original variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 1st day of April 2004. <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-04- <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
