Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to direct City Staff to set a public hearing regarding amending the City <br />Ordinance that regulates the minimum requirements for residential structures, <br />further that said hearing be scheduled for March 22, 1983. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Schlueter <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Reimann. <br /> <br />Mr. Delano Skeim questionned the discrepancies in the ordinance and the <br />City Attorney replied that he would interpret the ordinance for Mr. Skeim <br />if necessary to do so before the public hearing is conducted. <br /> <br />Case #5: Personnel Staffing: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />table this case until the March 22, 1983 Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Schlueter <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Reimann. <br /> <br />Case #6: Anoka Cou~s Wetlands: <br /> <br />Council noted County's resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adopt Resolution #83-13 supporting the County's resolution regarding the <br />rights of people whose land contains wetlands. (Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolution #83-13). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Schlueter <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Reimann. <br /> <br />Case #7: Ad Hoc Committee Regarding Computer: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adopt Resolution #83-14 appointing an Ad Hoc Committee to study integrated <br />management system. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #83-14). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Schlueter <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Reimann. <br /> <br />Case #8: Finance: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Resolution #83-15 adopting the 1983 City Operational Budget. (Please <br />refer to resolution file for Resolution #83-15). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg,Schlueter <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Reimann. <br /> <br />Case #9: Traffic (A. Speed Zoning On 167th Avenue NW; B.
