Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner to approve the proposed conditional use <br />permit agreement for Mr. Tom Nedry and direct the City Attorney to prepare <br />the same in a recordable form. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter seconded the motion for discussion. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Schlueter inquired if Mr.' Nedry, who had <br />already left Council chambers, was that he had to enter into an agreement <br />with the City.and that agreement required his signature. Mr. Schnelle stated <br />that Mr. Nedry was aware of that fact. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Schlueter <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: Councilmember Reimann. <br /> <br />Case #2: Request For Preliminary Plat Approval; Case Of Mr. Allen ~orteberg: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Co~ncilmember Schlueter <br />to adopt Resolution #83-88 ordering a feasibility study for 157th Avenue NW <br />from Armstrong Blvd. NW to Variolite Street NW. (Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolution #83-88). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Schlueter <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Abstain: Councilmember Sorteberg. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution #83-89 accepting feasibility study and calling for a public <br />hearing for the street improvement of 157th Avene NW between Armstrong Blvd. <br />NW and Variolite Street NW on Tuesday, June 14, 1983 atg:lo ~.M. Abstain: Councilmember Sorteberg. <br /> <br />COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #7: Increase In Building Permit Fees: <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to take no action <br />to raise building permit fees at this time and that the matter be reviewed <br />during next budget preparation. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #8: Community.
