Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #9: Watershed Management Organization: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that DNR and Metro Council have prepared a tentative map <br />of watershed boundaries and Ramsey must set concrete boundaries within the <br />watershed. Mr. Raatikka recommended proposing to include Mississippi River <br />in the Rum River watershed for administrative purposes. <br /> <br />Case #10: Engineering: (A. Feasibility StudS On Beaudry's Second Addition: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution #83-90 accepting feasibility study and calling for public <br />hearing on the proposed Street Improvement Project #83-15 (Beaudry's Second <br />Addition). The public hearing is hereby set for 9:oo P.M. June 14, 1983. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #83-90). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Miscellaneous Engineering Items: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution #83-91 to request advance encumbrance of 1984 MSA funds to <br />cover the additional cost of Street Improvement Project 155th Avenue NW <br />from Cty. Rd. #56 to Variolite Street and Variolite Street from 155th Avenue <br />NW to 161st Avenue NW. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #83- <br />91). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #11: Energy Conservation: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter <br />that the City of Ramsey hereby adopts the Minnesota Department of Energy, <br />Planning and Development Energy Conservation Program. Further, that the City <br />of Ramsey will submit an ad in the Anoka Union Shopper advising all of it's <br />citizens served by North Central Public Service and who are eligible under <br />this conservation program, of this program. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
