State funds for needed improvements at AVTI. <br /> <br />Case #13: Status OB Researching Proposed Snowmobile Ordinance <br /> (¢Qnti~ed): <br /> <br />Councilmember DeLuca noted that some cities don't allow snowmobile activity <br />within city limits; it is allowed on unplowed county roads, unplowed county <br />road shoulders or on road right-of-way outside of city limits. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that Police Chief Auspos has indicated that enforcement <br />of a snowmobile ordinance is difficult. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />adjourn the regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Hartley noted that two items still requiring <br />Council attention are setting permit fees for keeping wild animals and <br />mining and grading. <br /> <br />Motion failed. Voting Yes: Councilmember $orteberg.
