Absent: Councilmembers Sorteberg and Cox. <br /> <br />Case #11: Real Pro~r~.y And Easement Acquisition For Front Street N.,W.; <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted that staff has executed real property and easement <br />acquisition agreements for Front Street N.W. and is requesting <br />authorization to initiate quick take documents in the event property owners <br />do not sign those agreements by February 1, 1988. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />table taking any action, if it is found to be necessary, to initiate quick <br />take proceedings for Front Street N.W. until the City Council meeting <br />scheduled for February 9, 1988. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Councilmembers Sorteberg and Cox. <br /> <br />Case #12.a: Plan For Autumn Heights Park: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted that a lot of residents have expressed a desire to donate <br />their time and labor to develop Autumn Heights Park but topographical <br />information is needed to do so. Mr. Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson has <br />quoted a price of $2100.00 to develop topographic records for Autumn <br />Heights Park. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />approve an expenditure not to exceed $2,100.00 for the preparation of <br />topographic records for Autumn Heights Park. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Councilmembers Sorteberg and Cox. <br /> <br />Qase #12.b: Discussion Regardin~ Pronosed Storage Area Aboye Fire; <br /> Bara: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted that in discussions of needed space and space available <br />for use at City Hall, there is the possibility of converting space above <br />the fire barn into storage area.
