City Obligations. <br /> <br />A. City will consider granting a single conditional use permit to <br /> Developer in accordance with Chapter 170 of its City Code. <br /> <br />1. Use land currently zoned for industrial use to expand the <br /> Landfill. <br /> <br />2. Use land currently zoned for industrial use as a recreatienal ski <br /> hill facility. <br /> <br />3. Use land currently zoned for residential use as a recreational ski <br /> hill facility. <br /> <br />4. Excavate land north and a five acre parcel south of the existing <br /> landfill structure for borrow/cover material for landfill. <br /> <br /> <br />
