JOEL THOMSEN <br /> Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Joel Thomsen is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of his 16 acre <br />parcel located on the east side of County Road #5, north of 167th Avenue NW. <br />Mr. Thomsen is proposing to split the parcel into two parcels. The parcel has <br />550 feet of frontage along County Road #5. Mr. Thomsen will have a sketch plan <br />of his proposed subdivision available at the meeting. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a map showing Mr. Thomsen's property. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The City's policy has been to limit driveway access on County roads. The <br />Council may wish to allow only one access onto County Road #5 from Mr. Thomsen's <br />property. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission will review Mr. Thomsen's request on <br />December 16, 1986.
