10 Minutes CASE #5: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NORTF, FORK SECOND ADDITION; <br /> CASE OF NORT~ FORK, INC. <br /> By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />North Fork, Inc. is requesting final plat approval of Northfork Second <br />Addition. This plat is the second phase of the Northfork P.U.D. and consists <br />of 22 lots (average lot size is 2,7 acres) along the west side of Lake Itasca. <br />The plat is located within the Shoreland Overlay District and the lots meet the <br />minimum area requirements for this district.
