CHARTER COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Charter Commission was held on Thursday, <br />June 23, 1983 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Heitman, Chairm~n <br />Mr. Thomas Gamec (Arrived at 7:40 p.m.) <br />Mr. Stan Data <br />Mr. Tom Greenberg <br />Mr. Dick Sieber <br />Mr. Roger Buchanan <br />Ms. Brenda Bauerkemper <br />Mr. John Lichter <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Wilbur Dom/Attorney <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Curt Titterud <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Heitman called the regular meeting of the Charter Commission to order <br />at 7:33 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Lichter and seconded by Commissioner Sieber to approve <br />Charter Commission meeting minutes dated June 9, 1983. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Data, Greenberg, <br />Sieber, Buchanan, Bauerkemper and Lichter. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Commissioners Gamec and Titterud. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Ail committee reports were deferred until after Mr. Dorn's presentation. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Confirmation Of Filing Of Commission Member Oaths: <br /> <br />Commissioner Lichter stated that he contacted City Attorney Goodrich and all <br />of the Charter Commission Member oaths have been filed. <br /> <br />B.
