Report On Watershed <br /> Subdistricts: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember <br />Sorteberg to rescind Council motion pertaining to Case 93, <br />feasibility study for drainage problem in the area of Flintwood <br />Hills Addition, June 26, 1984 Council agenda, which reads as <br />follows: <br /> <br />"Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Council- <br /> member Reimann accepting the feasibility study for the <br /> drainage subdistricts. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers <br />Sorteberg, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br />Absent: Councilmember Van Wagner." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #13: 1985 Bud[g'e't' Prepar'ation 'Calendar <br /> <br />Council reviewed the proposed budget preparation calendar for <br />1985. <br /> <br />Council consensus is to change the scheduled Budget Committee <br />meetings on August 29, 1984 and September 4, 1984 from 7:30 p.m. <br />to 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br />City Accountant read the proposed resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Sorteberg to adopt Resolution 984-131 approving the proposed <br />budget preparation calendar for 1985. (Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolution 984-131). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner.
