Addition. Mr. Skeim stated that water never goes more than 30' inside that <br />200' easement and at sc~e point in time, a certain amount of logic has to <br />come into play -- like considering the sandy soils in the area. <br /> <br />Mr. Skeim stated that there are about 7 lots draining into this particular <br />lot, that the dry well he installed will take care of the problem and he <br />wants the problem solved before selling the property. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />approve payment to Mr. Delano Skeim in the amount of $2000.00 for <br />construction of dry well and drainage easement on property located at 162nd <br />Avenue NW and Zirconium Street NW (PIN 15-32-25-14-0013). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 9:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the meeting back to order at 9:07 p.m. <br /> <br />OOUNCIL NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Finance: (A. Cash Flow Report For September 1984; B. Revenue <br /> And Expenditure Report For September 1984): <br /> <br />a) Cash Flcw Report For September 1984 - <br /> <br />Council noted. <br /> <br />b) Revenue & Expenditure Report For September 1984 - <br /> <br />Council noted. <br /> <br />Case #2: Introduction Of Ordinance #84-11 Regarding Off-Sale Liquor Sales <br /> Of 3.2 Beer: <br /> <br />Council noted receiving proposed Ordinance #84-11. <br /> <br />Case #4: Request For Authorization For Partial Payment On Public <br /> Improvement Projects: <br /> <br />a) Bergerson Caswell, Inc.; Project #84-13 Municipal Well No. 1 - <br /> <br />Council consensus was to dispense with the reading of the proposed <br />resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution #84-218 approving partial payment to Bergerson Caswell, <br />Inc. for Project #84-13, Municipal Well No. 1. (Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolution #84-218). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Reimann inquired if all work had been <br />done according to specs and is it now Council's responsibility to approve <br />partial payment.
