<br />4)The City will continue to provide “uniforms (including boots) and equipment and <br />replacement” under the premise that such items are not taxable. <br /> <br />Motion to adopt resolution#15-03-072, to settle a two-year lobar Labor Agreement <br />between the City of Ramsey and LELS-Sergeants as follows: <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the `foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 10th day of March, 2015. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution #15-03-072 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
