~L~: Adoption of Ordinance %84-19: Enclosure (D2-bb) contains proposed Ordinance ~84-19 which was intro- duced on December 11, 1984 and has been posted on the City bulletin board as per City Guarter requlre~ents. Unanimous consensus of the Council is required to dispense with the reading of the proposed ordinance. Your action will be to adopt the following proposed motion which is hereby submitted for your consider- ation: Motion by and seconded by to adopt Ordinance 984-19 whi6h is an ordinance amending Section 170.012, zoning map and districts, of f~apter 170.01 of the Ramsey City Code. Please refer to ordinance file for Ordinance ~84-19. ~qis ordinance is to be published in the Anoka County Union and will take effect 30 days after the date of publication. Motion carried. Accordingly, it is only being presented at this time for introduction and ~ill be adopted at your next meeting.
