Commissioner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: PROPOSED RESOLUTION ~93-06. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Gor-em, LLC, has properly applied for a variance to the garage side yard setback on parcels located on property legally described as follows: AMBER RIDGE, Anoka County, Minnesota; ("Subject Property"). WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on June 7, 1993, conducted the public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance to reduce the garage side yard setback to six (6) feet for those parcels located within the plat of Amber Ridge is hereby granted. The living quarters of the structures developed on the Subject Property shall continue to maintain a ten (10) foot side yard setback. That no building permits shall be issued for the structures unless certificates of survey are provided that reflect that the six (6) and ten (10) foot side yard setbacks are complied with. That Gor-em, LLC, shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the 7th day of June, 1993. :.
