Board Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> PROPOSED RESOLUTION g93-06- <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF 'X"VARIANCE AND <br /> DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Michael H. and Karen A. Segar have properly applied for a variance to <br />construct an addition to the attached garage that will encroach on the C.S.A.H. #27 thoroughfare <br />setback on the property generally known as 4911 179th Lane N.W. and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That part of the North half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: From a point on the <br />East line of said Section 1, being 12.76 chains south of the Northeast comer of said <br />Section 1, and also the centerline of public road, then south 82 degrees 30 minutes <br />west on said centerline of public road for a distance of 1,010 feet, then north on <br />east line of road easement and parallel with said east line of Section 1 for a distance <br />of 228 feet, then east at right angles for a distance of 150 feet to actual point of <br />beginning, then south at right angles for a distance of 183.5 feet to said centerline <br />of public road, then southwesterly on said centerline of public road for a distance of <br />151.8 feet, then north 205.75 feet to point of beginning and subject to public road <br />right-of-way. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on June 24, 1993, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request to encroach on the 110 foot <br />thoroughfare setback for C.S.A.H. #27. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance to construct a 14' x 23' addition to the <br />attached garage on the principal structure that will encroach on the C.S.A.H. #27 <br />thoroughfare setback is hereby granted. <br /> <br />The addition to the garage shall maintain a minimum distance of ninety-five (95) feet from <br />the centerline of C.S.A.H. #27. <br /> <br />3. This variance shall not apply to any future structure(s) placed on the property. <br /> <br />4. The property owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br /> construction. <br /> <br />The property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of AdjUstment this the <br />24th day of June, 1993. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
