1.5 Recommend Revisions to the Land Use Plan Map <br /> <br />Prepare a draft of a revised Land Use Plan Map for the entire <br />municipal area including residential, commercial, industrial, park <br />and other public categories and areas of special concern along <br />Highway I0. Coordinate this map with the Road System Plan to <br />the extent that element is being conducted concurrently. Address <br />the questions related to,the locations and timing of additions to the <br />Metropolitan Urban Service Area. Plans will be consistent with <br />Metropolitan Council policies to the extent that the City is in <br />agreement with those policies. <br /> <br />1.6 Recommend Revisions to the Land Use Plan Policies <br /> <br />1.7 <br /> <br />Recommend revisions and additions to the Land Use Plan Policies <br />that are currently found on pages 40 through 51 of the <br />Comprehensive Plan dated 4-1-82. Incorporate all new policies <br />that may have been established directly or indirectly through the <br />two Comprehensive Plan amendments since that time. <br /> <br />Review with City Staff <br /> <br />1.8 <br /> <br />Review the draft map and policies with the City staff and make <br />requested improvements. .. <br /> <br />Review with Planning Commission <br /> <br />1.9 <br /> <br />Review with draft Land Use Plan map and policies with the <br />members of the City Planning and Zoning Commission and <br />members of the public at up to two meetings (additional meetings <br />will be conducted at an additional hourly cost). The City staff is <br />requested to advertise these meetings in the Anoka County Union <br />and the City's monthly newsletter. The City is also encouraged to <br />prepare a series of supplements for its monthly newsletters <br />describing the planning process, upcoming meetings and the results <br />of the process to-date. <br /> <br />Recommend Revisions to the Zoning Map <br /> <br />Prepare recommended revisions to the 'City's zoning map based <br />upon the Land Use Plan map approved by thc.
