1.10 Recommend Revisions to the Text of the Zonin~ <br /> <br />1.11 <br /> <br />1.12 <br /> <br />1.13 <br /> <br />1.14 <br /> <br />1.15 <br /> <br />1.16 <br /> <br />Ordinance <br /> <br />Prepare recommended revisions to the text of the City's Zoning <br />Ordinance based upon the new Land Use Plan map and policies. <br />These revisions will not be the precise ordinance language but will <br />be sufficiently specific descriptions of the recommended changes <br />that the City staff'and/or City attorney can draft the ordinance <br />language. <br /> <br />Review with City Staff <br /> <br />Review the recommended revisions to the zoning map and zoning <br />ordinance text with members of the City staff. <br /> <br />Review With Planning Commission <br /> <br />Review the draft Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map amendments <br />with the City Planning and Zoning Commission. One meeting is <br />expected to be sufficient for this task although additional meetings <br />can be conducted,for an additional hourly charge. <br /> <br />Revise Drafts <br /> <br />Revise all drafts based upon comments from the City staff, the City <br />Planning and Zoning Commission and members of the public. <br /> <br />Review with City Council <br /> <br />Review the recommendations with the City Council. <br /> <br />Respond to the Metropolitan Council <br /> <br />For the sake of budget efficiency, we request that the City staff <br />prepare the Major Comprehensive Plan Amendment submittal to <br />the Metropolitan Council. BRW will respond to the review of the <br />Metropolitan Council and revise the draft plans following the <br />direction of the City' Administrator. The revised plan can then be <br />resubmitted to the City Council for final approval. <br /> <br />P~repare Final Draft <br /> <br />Prepare final text that is compatible in appearance with the existing <br />plan text so that it can be inserted for future copying. If the City <br />wishes to retype the old Comprehensive Plan for repackaging, <br /> <br /> <br />
