Recommendation: <br /> <br />The cost of the above is $25,990 for the purchase, $12,995 for replacement fund <br />reimbursement and $4,000 for equipment installation. This totals $42,985, or $9,007 <br />beyond the replacement fund available funds. If Council authorizes the purchase, the <br />source of the revenue shortage must be identified. An alternative would be replacement of <br />one squad at this time.
