Many network calls are resolved exclusively via <br />telephone. If a remote access is available, the Help Desk will use it to resolve minor <br />administration problems whenever possible. <br /> <br />Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM: <br /> <br />$ 60.00 per hour, 15 minute minimum <br /> <br />On-site service is dispatched, as needed, on a time and material basis, as listed below. <br /> <br />On-Site Service <br /> <br />Dispatched service for hardware and software problems that cannot be resolved over the phone, <br />are billed on a per hour basis, at the following standard rates: <br /> <br />Monday through Friday, 8:00 Am through 5:00 PM: <br />Weekends and after 5:00 PM Weekdays: <br /> <br />$ 85.00 per hour <br />$ 120.00 per hour <br /> <br />The above rates are applicable to all on-site service which is not covered by a Software Tailors <br />Service/Maintenance Contract, with a minimum 1 hour charge. Blocks of service time can be <br />purchased in advance at a reduced hourly rate. <br /> <br />Service/Maintenance Contract <br /> <br />The following contracts cover network server only. Peripherals and applications software are not <br />included in the standard contracts as listed.
