Service requiring more than 4 hours of downtime will be <br />provided with a back-up server until system is operational. Also includes quarterly service call to <br />access system performance and verify back-up of all system files. <br /> <br />Rate for Premium Service: <br /> <br />$95.00 <br /> <br />Terms <br /> <br />All support service contracts are annual contracts, which will be billed annually or semi-annually <br />for your convenience.
