Preface. A oeneral history of how an6 wh)' the organization <br />came into existence. Board of Commissioners. Basically follows your <br />ezisting organizational structure. One Commissioner, one <br />Alternate Commissioner per member is allowed. The City <br />determines cua!ifications of its representatives. Includes <br />provision re vacancies or removal and incorporazes state suatu~es <br />and state rules. You no~ have to advertise vacancies and notify <br />BWSR.
