The old agreement neglected to <br />include how the sharing was to take place, but it was understood by <br />the parties it was to be 50/50. <br /> <br />Subdivision 3 relates to improvement project finances. <br />Subdivision ~ requires the Commission to submit your annual budget <br />and proposed assessments to your 'member cities by July 1. <br />Subdivision 5 relates primarily tO cost allocation options for <br />capital improvement projects. <br /> <br />Article IX. Miscellaneous Provisions. <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Commission does not have power to bond. <br />Subdivision 2. Commission does not have power of eminent <br />domain. <br />Subdivision 3.
