The members <br /> further understand and agree that upon completion and approval of the <br /> overall plan required by Minnesota Statutes 103B.23t, each member will be <br /> required to present their local management plan to the Commission as <br /> required by Minnesota Statutes, Section 103B.235. It is therefore <br /> important that each member provide the Commission with their best effort to <br /> coordinate and plan for the individual member's local plan at the same time <br /> the watershed overall plan is being assembled. <br /> <br /> FZNA/~CES <br /> <br /> ?-iii. <br /> <br /> Subdivision i. The Commission funds may be expended by the Board <br />in accordance with this agreement and in accordance with the procedures as <br />estab!isbed byla~ and in the manner as may be determined by the Board. The <br />Board shall designate one or more national or state bank or trust companies, <br />authorized by Chanters. .~18 and 427 of the ~innesota' ~=tu~es~- ' to receive <br />deposits of public moneys and to act as depositories for the Conut~ission <br />=unds. In no event shall there be a disbursement o= Commission funds <br />~ithout the signature of at least two Board members, one of whom shall be the <br />Treasurer or Authorized Deputy Treasurer. The Treasurer shall be required <br />to file ~ith the Secretary of the Board a bond in the sum of at least $10,000 <br />or such higher amount as shall be determined by the Board.
