Monthly meter reading. <br /> <br />AEC produced utility bill. <br /> <br />AEC sends bill to customer. <br /> <br />4 Bill processing <br /> <br />5 Ledger and collection services. <br /> <br />Send accounting/billing summary and revenues to City <br />monthly. <br /> <br />7. AEC will bill City for service monthly. <br /> <br />You also asked that we identify the fixed components of what AEC's <br />total costs will be for the service.
