At this meeting, the Committee noted that there may not have been sufficient time for <br />proper review and comment by all of you being impacted by the plan as proposed. Attached is the <br />package which was presented to the Negotiating Committee. The three tables shown are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Table 1 was the one which was originally presented to City Council. <br />Table 2 is the same format amended to show actual wages within the market <br />category as opposed to wage ranges. <br />Table 3 uses the average of the 1992 Stanton wage ranges as opposed to the <br />original 1991 Stanton wage ranges with the inflation factor added. <br /> <br />It is Table 3 that I am now recommending for City Council approval. I am interested in knowing <br />whether you have any particular comments about any facet of this program or this new table. <br />Certainly, I am available should you wish to discuss this with me. I should be available most of <br />the day on Thursday, February 18th, all morning on both Friday, February 19th, and Monday, <br />February 22nd and I will be available between 12:00 and 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23rd. <br />As some of you have done in the past, I would be happy to receive any written comments that you <br />may deem appropriate. <br /> <br />/cur <br /> <br /> <br />
