REMEDIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN: Outline a plan for development which must occur in the next appraisal period to correct areas where <br /> pertormance is not satistactory as identified in Parts I and 11 of this form. <br />Could would like Ryan to implement a p]an where each department head has to make a staff report to Council. This <br />could be kept confidential if necessary, with regard to violations, etc. However, Council would like to be copied on all <br />letters to zoning violators, etc. rather than waiting for the report. Council expressed concern with their minutes and <br />agenda items ir. a timely fashion. They de not want to get items for the agenda on the night of the meeting or the <br />Monday night before a Tuesday night meeting. Council asked that Ryan hold a Council workshop, within 80 days of <br />this meeting, relating to Economic Development. Council also asked that they be given a goals update quarterly. <br /> B. SUPERVISOR'S ROLE IN PLAN FOR IMPROVEMENT: This section includes coaching, training needs, and any other form of employee <br /> development assistance. <br /> <br />Council will meet with Ryan to discuss any and all of the above to discuss progress. <br /> <br />A. EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT PLAN: Outline a plan for development of employee during this appraisal period.
