The negotiations are easier and more <br />professional and he maintains positive. Ryan <br />tries to do what is best for the City and maintain <br />a positive working relationship. Ryan should <br />meet with all department personnel at least once <br />a month to improve communications. He needs to <br />work on bringing everyone together. <br /> <br />Ryan represents the City well in different func- <br />tions. He is a good communicator. <br /> <br />Ryan is self-directed. He carries out assigned <br />tasks but is willing to try new methods and proce- <br />dures. He generates new ideas.
