LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, <br /> AND <br /> THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />LOCAL #109 <br /> <br />UNION'S OPENING POSITIONS <br /> <br />1 ) Article 7 STANDBY PAY we wish to change wording so that it will <br />read" the employee shall receive two hours straight pay" instead ol the flat $32.00. <br /> <br />2 ) Article 17.3 <br />section. <br /> <br />HOLIDAYS To include 3 additional holidays in this <br /> <br />3 ) Article 18 - INSURANCE The Union proposes increasing the employer <br />contribution by $30.00, from $250.00 per month to $280.00 per month. <br /> <br />4 ) Article 19 - CLOTHING AND UNIFORMS The Union wishes to <br />include footwear/boots as part of the duty uniform, It also wishes to increase the <br />Investigator's Allowance from $100,00 to $125.00 per month, <br /> <br />5) Article 20 - PROFICIENCY PAY PROGRAM The Union wishes to <br />discuss the status of this program for 1993, It also wishes to increase the flat dollar <br />amounts by $7.00 for each step. <br /> <br /> ; <br />6 ) Article 24 - DURATION The Union proposes not less than 1 year, not <br />more than 2 years. <br /> <br />7 ) SALARY SCHEDULE The Union is proposing an increase in the Top Patrol <br />figure by 4% for each year of the labor agreement. <br /> <br />'**Union reserves the right to add to, subtract from or otherwise amend <br />the above proposals. <br /> <br /> <br />
