§9~0~1 <br /> <br />B-1 Business District <br /> <br />9.20.21 t~1 Business District <br /> <br /> Subdivision L Intent The purpose of the B-l, Business District is to <br />provide for areas of commercial development which accommodate shopper type <br />goods and services as contrasted to auto oriented highway commercial acti;6ties. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and <br />performance standards as specified by this Chapter.) <br /> <br />a. Retail business. <br /> <br />h. Eating and drinking establishments. <br />c. Offices and banks. <br />d. Personal and professional services. <br />e. Funeral homes. <br />f. Medical clinics. <br /> <br />g. Animal clinics. <br /> <br />h. Adult uses-accessory. <br />Sub& 3. Ace~o~ Uses: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use' <br />accessory to the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% of <br />the gross floor space of the principal use. <br /> <br />Off-street parking including semi-trailer trucks, as regulated and <br />required by this Chapter. <br /> <br />Off-street loading as regulated a~d required by this Chapter. <br /> <br />Signing as regulated by the City Code. <br /> <br /> Sub& 4. Conditional Uses: (Requires a conditional use permit based <br />upon procedures set forth in and regulated by §9.03.04 of this Chapter.) <br /> <br />Other commercial retail or service uses may be allowed provided <br />that: <br /> <br />The use does not involve outside sales, service, rental or <br />storage which exceeds 10% of the property. <br /> <br />The use meets the intent of the District as stated in this <br />Section.
