Zoning Administrator Frolik stated she received notification that the City of Ramsey has a <br />balance of $9,090.00 in unexpended CDBG funds. She stated that Parks/Utilities <br />Coordinator Boos has requested allocating these funds to hard surfacing paths at Central <br />Park to make them more accessible to the elderly and disabled. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt <br />Resolution #92-10-283 allocating unexpended CDBG funds for bituminous paths at <br />Central Park. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Counciimembers Hardin, Beyer, Peterson <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: Report from the Personnel Committee <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to accept the <br />resignation of Administrative Coordinator Penny Ott effective December 9, 1992. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Beyer, Peterson <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to authorize <br />the posting, advertising and filling of the position of receptionist (Grade 6). <br /> <br />Motion carried.
