CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 10, 1992 at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor J ames Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councitmember Glen Hardin <br />Councitmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Finance Officer Sandra Ashley Helling <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frotik <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Police Chief Michael Auspos <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. and led in <br />the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Rebecca Lemke, 14361 Uranium Street N~W., Ramsey - asked to have a chance to speak <br />to Cases 7 and 8 when they are discussed. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br />agenda as presented but with the idea to move Case 7 and 8 up when the representatives <br />from the utility companies arrive. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer and <br />Hardin. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Zimmerman. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br />following items on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />1) Report of Pooled Cash Flows for period ending 10/31/92. <br />2) Building Report year-to-date. <br />3) Recap of Animal control Charges from the Greater Anoka County Animal Humane <br /> Society year-to-date. <br />4) Schedule Budget Committee for 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 23, 1992. <br />5) The following license applications were approved: <br /> a) Tropic Air, 1302 - 190th Avenue N.W., Cedar <br /> b) Steve's Heating and Service, Inc., 3152 Luan Drive N.E., Cedar <br /> <br />City Council/November 10, 1992 <br /> Page 2 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
