Case #2: <br /> <br />Request for Final Plat Approval of Chestnut Hill 3rd Addition; <br />Case of John Peterson, Good Value Homes, Inc. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that John Peterson of Good Value Homes, ]nc. is <br />requesting final plat approval of Chestnut Hill 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbenson inquired of Mr. Peterson if he had any problems with an5, of the items in <br />the'Staff review letter to which Mr. Peterson replied he had none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to adopt <br />Resolution #92-11-289 granting final plat approval to Chestnut Hill 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Hardin and <br />Beyer. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit for an Outside Display <br />Area; Case of Dalles R.V. World, Inc. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that Mr. Dalles Notermann of Dalles R.V. World is <br />proposing to relocate from 7129 Highway #10 N.W. to 7103 Highway #10 N.W. which is <br />zoned B-3. Therefore he needs a conditional use permit for an outside display area. Mr. <br />Notermann is willing to pave and curb the initial outside display area but would like a <br />waiver until June 1996 to pave and curb an expansion of the outside display area. Staff is <br />recommending that this expansion area be turfed in the interim. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt <br />Resolution #92-11-290 adopting Findings of Fact #0327 relating to a request from Dalles <br />R.V. World, Inc. for an outside display area at 7103 Highway #10 N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried: Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer and <br />Hardin. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberZimmerman. <br /> <br />The advantages and costs of curbing and blacktopping the entire area were discussed. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer for the motion <br />to adopt Resolution #92-11-291 approving the request from Dalles R.V. World, Inc. for a <br />conditional use permit for an outside display area at 7103 Highway #10 N.W. contingent <br />upon submitting a revised site plan that will reflect installing the outside display area with <br />the required site improvements in one phase and that the amount of the Letter of Credit will <br />be adjusted accordingly. Further, that the conditional use permit should be amended to <br />indicate the number of vehicle display spaces based on the increased paved area. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councitmembers Peterson, Beyer and <br />Hardin. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberZimmerman. <br /> <br />Case .~7: Introduction of an Electric Franchise Ordinance <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated that Staff has drafted an ordinance to establish an <br />electric franchise. <br /> <br />Mr. Doug Uhrhammer, representing Anoka Electric Cooperative, stated they are in <br />agreement with the proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />City Council/November 10, 1992 <br /> Page 4 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
