CASE # 3 <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />A PRIVATE KENNEL; CASE OF JEANINE DUFF <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Jeanine Duff and Howard Towle, 16400 St. Francis Boulevard N.W., has submitted an <br />application for a conditional use permit to maintain a maximum of ten dogs on her property. The <br />applicant is proposing to construct an accessory structure, a portion of which will be devoted to <br />inside care needs for the dogs. Ten kennel runs will be attached to the structure. Ms. Duff is in <br />the business of breeding Yellow Labs.
