CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) <br />DANNY'S ALUMINUM PROCESSING, INC. <br /> <br />On November 13, 1990, a conditional use permit ("CUP") was issued <br />by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. <br />("Permit Holder") to operate an aluminum processing facility in the <br />I-1 Industrial District on 1.6 acres of land legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park Plate ~2, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, hereinafer "site". <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey <br />city Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />Term. This permit shall remain in effect so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. <br /> <br />Noise. Noises emanating from the site.and operations shall <br />be in compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7010.0010 to <br />7010.0080, as amended except as modified herein by City <br />performance requirements. <br /> <br />Dust/Ash/Particulates. The emission of dust, ash or other <br />particulate matter shall be in compliance with and regulated <br />by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, <br />Minnesota Rules 7005.0010 to 7005.0080, 7005.2770 subp. 2.A <br />and 40 CFR Part 50, as amended except as modified herein by <br />city performance requirements. <br /> <br />Odor. The emission of odor from the operation shall be in <br />compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7005.0920, as <br />amended except as modified herein by City performance <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Smoke. The emission of smoke from the operation shall be in <br />compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7005.0480 subp. <br />1.B., as amended except as modified herein by City performance <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Furnace Emissions and Monitoring. Emissions ~rom the melt <br />furnace shall comply with State and Federal regulations as <br />they exist and may be modified from time to time during the <br />period of this CUP. An independent testing laboratory shall <br />conduct emissions monitoring at least once per year or on a <br />more frequent basis if pollutants are in excess of standards. <br />The Permit Holder shall make a complete report available to <br />the City within thirty (30) days of completion by the testing <br />laboratory.
