You will note that <br />there are some issues which I feel are beyond my expertise to address and I am <br />proceeding to seek input from the appropriate agencies. In the interim, I feel that <br />there are violations identified in my report for which resolution should be initiated. <br />In accordance with City Code regulations, you have 30 days, or until January 5, <br />1992, to make the necessary, corrections. Failure to do so will give me cause to <br />schedule a public hearing in front of the City Council on January. 26, 1993, to <br />consider revocation of your conditional use permit. <br /> <br />As I mentioned earlier and in my inspection report, I am seeking input from <br />appropriate agencies and personnel regarding compliance with certain conditional <br />use permit terms of an environmental nature. As I receive additional information, I <br />will forward a copy of same to you.
