Councilmember <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #93-02 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUAN--C-E OF AN AMENDED <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO DANNY'S ALUMINUM PROCESSING, <br />INC.BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF <br /> CONDITIONAL u-S"-~ PERMIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the consideration of approval for the request for a conditional use permit <br />amendment is based on the City's determination that the amendment is consistent with the intent <br />and purposes of Chapter 9.03.04 (Conditional Use Permits) of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On ,1993, an amended conditional use permit ("CUP") was approved for <br />issuance by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. ("Permit <br />Holder") to expand the operations of the aluminum processing facility to include the disassembly <br />of engines and transmissions on the property generally known as 14050 Basalt Stree N.W. and <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat #2, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />hereinafter "site". <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this <br />permit are as follows: <br /> <br />Term. This permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are <br />complied with. <br /> <br />0 <br /> <br />Noise. Noises emanating from the site and operations shall be in compliance with and <br />regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules <br />7010.0010 to 7010.0080, as amended except as modified herein by City performance <br />requirements. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Dust/Ash/Particulates. The emission of dust, ash or other particulate matter shall be in <br />compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, <br />Minnesota Rules 7005.0010 to 7005.0080, 7005.2770 subp. 2.A and 40 CFR Part 50, as <br />amended except as modified herein by City performance requirements. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Odor. The emission of odor from the operation shall be in compliance with and regulated <br />by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7005.0920, as <br />amended except as modified herein by City performance requirements. <br /> <br />Smoke. The emission of smoke from the operation shall be in compliance with and <br />regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules <br />7005.0480 subp. 1.B., as amended except as modified herein by City performance <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Furnace Emissions and Monitoring. Emissions from the melt furnace shall comply <br />with State and Federal regulations as they exist and may be modified from time to time <br /> <br /> <br />
