It is my opinion that attempting to address only a portion of the total issues will require the <br />expenditure of both Commission and staff resources, and produce only questionable, if any, <br />immediate or long term result due to the nonintegrated nature of the effort. The City Administrator <br />and I have attended a number of meetings, which have included neighboring communities, to begin <br />to formulate a work plan to address the regional issues involved.
