Work with <br />City Attorney Goodrich. Jim Gromberg has <br />scheduled a meeting with Al Koenig, Under <br />settlement negotiation. <br /> <br />With regard to the review of the Transportation Plan: <br />The P&Z Commission voted to take the last comprehensive <br />plan, dated January 26, 1989, make minor modifications <br />to indicate the river crossing corridor and changes to <br />County Road #116 back to the previous plan by reason <br />the airport expansion won't happen. Clean up the <br />corridor showing where it exists. Send this to City <br />Council - state this is what the plans should be - Ask <br />them if they wish to change it farther and hold a public <br />hearing on it. Following the revisions you make, present <br />it to Council - notify the P&Z when this is going to take <br />place - and then have Council schedule a public hearing. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to direct the developer to <br />proceed to apply for preliminary plat approval of <br />Ramsey Commons 2nd Addition based on City Staff Review <br />letter dated December 28, 1992 and discussion tonight. <br />Work with the developer to proceed to this stage. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission t~bled voting on the proposed <br />ordinance regulating single family dwelling and accessory <br />structures to be moved into or within the City of Ramsey. <br />They would like it to include language about the person <br />wanting to move the structure to have to supply the City <br />with a financial guarantee large enough so that if the <br />building never is made to comply with the City Code, the <br />City has funds to destroy it or whatever has to be done. <br />Work with Sylvia Frolik on the language and come up <br />with an amount of financial guarantee.
