Also include a definition of a motor vehicle. <br />Introduce this proposed ordinance to Council at their <br />February 23, 1993 meeting. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Rivenwick: #14 should read: "That <br />the proposed elimination of the B-1 Business District <br />form the area of the plat may irnpair the use..." <br /> <br />The P&Z voted to recommend that City Council rescind <br />Findings of Fact #91-04-085 and adopt Findings of Fact <br />#~ relaiing to a request to amend the zoning district <br />boundaries in Rivenwick. Place recommendation on <br />Council agenda. <br /> <br />The P&Z voted to recommend that City Council adopt <br />Ordinance #93-__ to amend the zoning district <br />boundaries irt the plat of Rivenwick. Place the proposed <br />ordinance on a subsequent Council agenda. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission recommended Council grant <br />approval to River's Bend 3rd Addition based upon the City <br />Staff Letter dated January 26, 1993 with the proviso <br />that Xkimo Street N.W. and 143rd Avenue N.W. be <br />constructed with a 66' ,right-of-ways and that 143rd <br />Avenue N.W. will not be allowed to be platted until Trunk <br />Highway #47 is reconstructed and realigned to assure a <br />safe opening. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Add Albin Peterson property (Amber Ridge) to the P&Z <br />agenda for February 16 for sketch review. <br /> <br />Send a copy of the 2/2/93 P&Z minutes to Doug Hanson. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Jeanine DufFs request for a CUP for a <br />private dog kennel: The P&Z Commission approved 1-14 <br />and directed Staff to amend the following: (15) "That the <br />proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing ..." <br />(16) "That the proposed use will be an improvement to <br />the property, the..." (17) "That the proposed use will <br />be served adequately by essential public..." (18) "That <br />the proposed use will not create excessive additional <br />requirements.. ;" (19) "That the proposed use will not <br />involve uses, activities, processes ....
