Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its PROPOSED RESOLUTION t~93-06- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A TERMPORARY STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Anoka Hennepin Indpendent School District No. 11 has properly applied for a conditional use permit for a temporary structure for the purposes of providing additional classroom space on the property generally known as 15000 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: All that part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying West of the public road known as Nowthen Blvd. (except therefrom a triangle containing 1/2 square rod described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest comer of the said South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, then North along the West line thereof a distance of 16.5 feet, thence to a Southeasterly direction to a point on the South line of said South Half of Southeast Quarter for a distance of 16.5 feet East of the Southwest comer thereof, then West on said South line a distance of 16.5 feet to the point of beginning) (subject to an easement for road purposes over a tract of land that lies between a parallel line Southwesterly of and 60 feet distant of the following described line: Commencing at the Northeast comer of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, then West on the north line of said Section 26 a distance of 431.45 feet to the point of beg/nning, then Northwesterly at an angle of I19 degrees 15 minutes (when measured from East to North) 1550.00 feet and there terminating) (except all that part of the Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: commencing at a point on the South line of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter a distance of 431.45 feet West of the Southeast comer of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter, then Northwesterly at an angle of 119 degrees 15 minutes (when measuredEast to North) along the centerline of Nowthen Boulevard a distance of 752.0 feet, then Southwesterly at fight angles to said centerline a distance of 375.00 feet, then South along a line drawn at right angles to the South line of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter a distance of 472.79 feet to said South line of Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter, then East along sa.id South line of the Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter a distance of 694.69 feet to the point of commencement) (subject to an easement for road purposes over a tract of land that lies between a parallel line Southwesterly of and 60 feet distant of the following described line: Commencing at a point at the Northeast comer of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, then West on the North line of said Section 26 a distance of 431.45 feet to the point of beginning, then Northwesterly at an angle of 119 degrees 15 minutes (when measured fi'om East to North) 1550.00 feet and there terminating). WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission met on June 1, 1993, conducted the public hearing and recommended City Council approval, of the request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Based on Findings of Fact # , a conditional use permit for a temporary structure is hereby granted to the Anoka Hennepin Independent School District No. 11, hereinafter referred to as "Permit Holder", at 15000 Nowthen Blv& N.W.
