0 <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The size, type of construction and placement of the temporary structure shall be in <br />accordance with the two (2) sheet set of plans drawn by Graphic Design Architects and <br />dated May 7, 1993. <br /> <br /> This permit shall terminate on June 25, 1995, ,unless _~ ?tioon for an_ extension of-time has <br />. _2c~4a~rantedbymhe-City-C~ouncil. Such~xtensi~~~ <br /> w~h~the_City_at_leasl_31~days~rior--to-the e.xpkmfion of&he-ariginal_condi6onal..use_pemx/~.~ <br /> <br />This conditional use permit shall expire if the permit holder fails to initiate such conditional <br />use permit and fulfill each and every condition attached hereto within one year from the date <br />of its approval. <br /> <br />Anoka Hcnnepin School District #11 shall deposit $500 with the City of Ramsey to <br />guarantee the timely and thorough removal of the temporary structure. <br /> <br />The temporary structure shall comply with all applicable Building Code and Fire Code <br />regulations and standards for such structures. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for <br />obtaining all necessary permits, including a building permit, prior to moving the structure <br />onto the property. Said building permit will not be issued until all financial obligations <br />relating to this permit and the application escrow account have been safisifted. <br /> <br />The Permit holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this conditional use permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing <br />by the City and failure to pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will <br />permit the City to draw upon any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. <br /> <br />The City Administrator and/or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the m day <br />of__, June, 1993. <br /> <br />Mr. Louis Klingelhogts, on behalf of Independent School District No. 11, hereby acknowledges <br />receipt of this conditional use permit and that he has reviewed the conditions of this permit and has <br />agreed that he will cause compliance with the terms of this permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
