Drainage and Wetlands: The natural drainage for the 40 acre parcel tends to be toward the <br />east and Magnesium Pond, although the parcel has been mined for granular material and <br />isolated, low pockets have been created~ A drainage plan might anticipate creating ponding <br />areas on site, conveying the runoff through a closed conduit into Magnesium Pond, or a <br />combination of both of these methods. Magnesium Pond has no outlet and an analysis <br />should be made on the impact of a discharge on Magnesium Pond. There are no wetlands <br />affected by the proposed development. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 1993 to <br />consider the request for sketch plan review of Sunfish Square.
