~ Staff is recommending retaining the 20 foot drainage and utility easement <br />along the eastern boundary of the proposed Lot 2 as it accommodates an existing storm <br />sewer pipe. The final plat should provide for the standard 5 foot drainage and utility <br />easements along all other side and rear property lines and a 10 foot drainage and utility <br />easement along the front property lines. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The plat has been reviewed by the Parks and Utilities Coordinator and <br />in accordance with City Code, park dedication will consist of a cash payment in the amount <br />of $620.00 for the new lot created. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6, <br />1993 to consider y0.ur request for sketch plan approval of Sharon Lee Addition.
