Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Regarding the amendments of wetland classifications and <br />regulations, the P&Z Commission directed you to request <br />that DNR make a presentation to the Commission to bring <br />them up-to-date on these issues. The DNR will be at the <br />regular meeting in August. <br /> <br />Draft an ordinance for the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission's consideration to modify the building permit <br />application on 2-1/2 acres or less to require a Certificate of <br />Survey. <br /> <br />Regarding the Mississippi River toll bridge theory: The <br />P&Z Commi.~sion voted to recommend City Council adopt <br />a resolution supporting the concept of a private toll bridge <br />as an alternative method to expedite the development and <br />construction of the Dayton-Ramsey bridge crossing. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Regarding moving structures into and within the City of <br />Ramsey: As per discussion, prepare an ordinance that <br />would ban moving principal or accessory structures into <br />the City that are larger than 280 sq. ft. or the maximum <br />square footage the Uniform Building Code allows <br />construction without footings, whichever figure is smaller. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />P <br /> <br /> <br />
