(13) "That if granted, the <br />variance will not grant the Applicant any special privilege <br />. . ." (14) "That if granted, the variance will no,t, <br />substantially increase the congestion of public streets,... <br />(15) "That ff granted, the variance will not substantially <br />increase the congestion of public streets,..." <br /> <br />Execute Resolution g93-05-097 (LaDue/Terry/AlVAbsent <br />Bawden and Holland) approving the issuance of a variance <br />for Charles and Jan Hart of 7230 153rd Lane N.W. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Peggy Fritch's CUP for a home <br />occupation: The P&Z Commission approved 1-5 and 7-9, <br />and directed Staff to amend the following: (6) "That the <br />applicant will reside at the location of the proposed home <br />occupation." 10-16 to be amended in the affn'mative. The <br />P&Z Commission voted to accept the Findings of Fact as <br />amended and recommended that City Council adopt them. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />With regard to the terms of the CUP for Peggy Fritch: The <br />P&Z Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />adopt the proposed resolution approving the issuance of a <br />CUP for a home occupation at 15141 Oneida Street N.W. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Independent School District #1 l's CUP <br />for a temporary structure: The P&Z Commission approved <br />1-7, and directed Staff to amend the following: (8) "That <br />the ,p, roposed temporary structure will not increase traffic <br />·.. 9-13 to be amended in the affmnative.
