(delete eve~thing else) (5) Delete this altogether <br />and renumber 6, 7 and 8. Thc P&Z Commission voted to <br />recommend that City Council approve thc request for a <br />CUP for a temporary structure for School District No. 11. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Danny's Tranny's, Inc. CUP: The P&Z <br />Commission approved 1-5 and 7-11, and directed Staff to <br />amend thc following: (6) Delete this one. (12) Delete the <br />words "relocation to" near the end of the sentence. (13) <br />"That thc proposed usc will not substantially adversely <br />impair the use..." (14) "That the proposed use will not <br />create excessive additional requirements..." (15) "That <br />thc proposed use will not involve uses, activities, <br />processes..." (16) "That the proposed use will not be <br />unduly dangerous..." (17) That the proposed use will <br />be consistent with the intent..." (18) "That at the <br />June 1~ 1993 Planning and Zoning Commission <br />Meeting applicant stated he has no objections to <br />extending the conditional use permit to Lot 4." <br />Danny's Tranny's request for a CUP was tabled allowing <br />the Commission time to review the property and review the <br />status of the permit. Schedule a special meeting for June <br />7, 1993 to discuss this case. <br /> <br />With regard to Danny's Tranny's request for site plan <br />approval, this case was tabled and will be discussed at the <br />special June 7, 1993 meeting. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission recommended that City Council <br />approve the site plan for the Parabody expansion <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter <br />dated May 27, 1993. <br /> <br />Regarding the request for sketch plan review of Sunfish <br />Square: The P&Z Commission approved the sketch plan <br />with modification as discussed 'in the City Staff review <br />letter dated May 25, 1993 and based on discussion, and <br />directed the developer to proceed to apply for preliminary <br />plat approval accordingly. <br /> <br />Regarding WaYne Johnson's request to rezone certain <br />property from B-1 Business to R-1 Rural Residential: The <br />P&Z Commission voted to recommend City Council table <br />this request until the update of the City's land use plan is <br />complete. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />P <br /> <br />37 <br /> <br /> <br />
