Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to recommend City Council <br />adopt the proposed ordinance to rezone certain property in <br />the proposed plat of River's Bend 3rd Addition to R-1 <br />Urban Residential. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to recommend City Council <br />approve the vacation of the drainage and utility easements <br />on Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2 of <br />Sunny Ponds Addition and the portion of 148th Lane <br />N.W. <br /> <br />Regarding a special joint meeting to address the accessory <br />structure threshold: Commissioners Bawden, Deemer and <br />Hendriksen will meet with Council Possible dates are <br />June 10, 24, 28 or 29. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hendriksen noted that the cable airing of the <br />last Council meeting had no sound and would like this <br />problem addressed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer suggested the City look at <br />strengthening the littering ordinance, possibly upgrading to <br />a gross misdemeanor, due to the fact that the landfill is <br />closing and people will no longer have a disposal site for <br />their garbage and may begin "dumping" wherever they <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment has requested that research be <br />done with regard to what's involved to vacate the <br />Magnesium Street N.W. cul-de-sac easement as it enters <br />Windemere Woods and report back to City Council with a <br />recommendation to proceed or not to proceed. Work with <br />City Attorney Goodrich. Jim Gromberg has <br />scheduled a meeting with Al Koenig.
